so many hidden symbolic links lololol. there’s still a “dogreat timesents and settings” and all that old window 9x **** too, just as symlinks to the new users folder. vista is the same way i guess but i lol’d

well they have to because thanks to their old sloppiness, other sloppy coders hardcoded **** to look for those default directories, and it became a twisted, codependent chain of laziness. here is how I did it:

it worked beautifully though; the links are all correct, in the system, the registry and everywhere else.

I think ease of access is very important and Microsoft proved that ease of access soundly and utterly trumps security or versatility any day. I’m only sayin’ that I’m glad that Microsoft has now implemented a system where there’s ease of access for those who want it and sophisticated featuers for those who want that. you know.

I think you’re a saying I’m unsomophisticated, like all high-falootin like. Any sophisticated features would be in addition to ease of access, not at the cost of ease of access. It’s like if you sold blow up dolls and you had a regular model and a model with a vibrating bumhole; you wouldn’t make the vibrating bumhole harder to find than the regular bumhole.
