Nicco, you banned Fran despite a veteran player vouching for her strongly. The least you owe her is talking to her, in real-time. Please do not dodge the underlying issue by playing the “I’m the mod here” or the “She insinuated that a guy who was totally gay was totally gay” cards. Talk to Fran and find a more suitable solution to an outright ban.
