I believe the two girls kissing at the lamp post are meant to represent either Kiss or TaTu.

Did anyone else notice The Vines Creeping out of the sewer grate, just past the flower cart selling Guns N’ Roses, or the Bush in front of the cart?

Lastly (before I lose myself in this picture), why on earth would they paint that huge building such a garish shade of Deep Purple?!

I’m thinking the Blues Brothers look more like The Killers who carry their weapons hidden in those guitar cases, and there sure are plenty of entrances around, including The Doors. Depending on how metaphysical you want to get, The Eagles could also be The Byrds, and the many simians around could also be calledThe Monkees.

Things I’m not sure of – The three ladies in front of the Rolling Stones could be The Bangles, I’m drawing a blank on the bats by the main street sign, the mannequin in the shop window could be The New York Dolls or the Goo Goo Dolls, I’m not sure about the couple next to the Cowboy Junkies, and all those TVs in the window must represent someone.

The ‘bats’ are black crows. I chose the Blues Brothers because of those suits.

Looking more closely, there’s a bunch of red, splatter?, on the shirts of those guys. You might just be right. Suits, sunglbumes and lockstep just looked like the blues brothers, but there might be bloodspatter and one of them appears to be blond, so they might be the Killers.

Damnit, it’s too vague.

Has to be a film called Yellow Submarine, I’m not even going to bother searching for that one
