It is possible, though unlikely, that the silhouettes are symbolic rather than literal. It could mean that Valve, TTG, Penny arcade and the Chapman Brothers(?) are teaming up for a completely new game.
In other news, the presence of Gabe suggests that this may be the first TTG to contain the word ‘****’. Stay tuned for more insightful speculation. |

at a closer look it does look like the heavy of TF2. let's see what clues we can find in the video: the penny arcade guy is holding cards or a handheld game device, max seems to have some sort of gun or a rod (can't really make that out), the heavy seems to also hold a stack of cards in his hands, and the last guy (which i have no idea who he is) seems to have boxing gloves. (not all too serious of a) conclusion: a beat'em'up texas hold'em

On the plus side, it appears to have a couple of twists, like being able to win items from a player’s inventory (if I’m interpreting it right), and it apparently has more dialogue than an average episode of Sam and Max, so it still looks pretty damn interesting.
