First sentence makes no sense. Programming is done by the admins. You must never become an admin because you’ve admitted that you have no knowledge of programming (thus incompetent) and you really rub people the wrong way. Administrators also being ultimately responsible for relations with the user base that last bit makes you now completely incompetent for both major admin duties.
