I don’t see how laughing at a quote is trolling. If anything, the person whom Chuck quoted that from should be the one banned. whilst I have been somewhat on the fence with incit (i.e. I agreed with “no spam stuff” but didn’t agree with the whole Robot9000esque thing about it i.e. what you put down can never be put down again EVER if it wins) I have at times warned people for spamming (and have even reported it).
