I’m not going to hear the end of this on my way to work tomorrow. It’s bad enough going into the inner city and listening to old men openly wish they were young women so they could suck off Kobe. Now it’s going to be “Kobe – MVP”. |

I love how whenever a sports team beats another team in a championship game the first thing the losers’ fans say is “We’re still better!”. No you’re not. You lost. You’re officially second best. |

Can one of you Boston fans explain to me why they say “Celtics” so unusually? I mean, most people, including actual Celts would pronounce it “kell-ticks”, with a hard c, but I’m given to understand that in Boston it’s pronounced “cell-ticks”, with a soft one? Well, I knew what was going to happen the second that they said there was a game 7. Anyone else find it funny that Kobe only had 4 – 5 fouls, while 5 – 6 members of the Celtics all had at least 3 – 4? Refs probably got paid fat. |
