If you were going to shoot yourslef, what kind of gun would you use and how would you hold it?

I only ask because I’ve been playing Persona lol.
Anyway, I don’t know about guns, so I’ll just say I’d use a pistol. I’m torn between holding the gun under my chin, bum out, or upside-down at the side of my head.
