84 songs in a row, with no pausing or failing to get a Trophy sand all is good until songs 75 or so. A couple close calls but hey, I’m playing on Hard mode just to make sure I can do it.

Then song 81, Visions by Abnormality comes on and rapes my tender bum… after 5 hours of playing…

That song is just very special and really, I should have checked out if I could do it before starting but it still sucks balls Log in to see images!

Is this on Guitar? I mean, failing any song on Hard is an indicator that you’re not really THAT good yet.

I can definitely sympathise, though. Me and a couple of friends have said that if we ever decide to go for the Endless Setlist, we’ll rotate songs every so often.

It is on Guitar and while normally I would agree with you, the song in question is actually easier on Expert than it is on Hard (A lot of the HOPO’s are strummed in Hard vs Expert for some reason and it’s more frantic). I can beat about 80% of songs on Expert with Guitar, 95% Expert Bbum, 70% Hard Drums and 100% Expert Vocals.

I already 5*’d everything on expert for Vocals on the endless setlist on Expert so wanted to tr another instrument and figured any Hard song would be cake. After 6 straight hours with no break I was faltering a bit but thought that that song wouldn’t be as ridiculous Log in to see images!

This is a cliche, but learn to play TtFaF on Expert, and you’ll never struggle on anything ever again.

I still can’t 5* TtFaF, mind.

Doesn’t change the fact that TtFaF is one of the hardest songs on Guitar Hero.

As far as strumming and chords go, I find that Rock Band features more songs that are strum intensive. Or you could just practice strumming some HO-PO solos.

I haven’t touched Guitar Hero 3 since I got Rock Band 2 actually, though I was able to beat TtFaF on Hard easily by the time I did. I’m not claiming to be crazy awesome, just that Visions is very specially difficult for a Hard song, especially as the 82nd song in a row :S
