I wouldn’t doubt it. There had never been such a strong rain here since I was born.
Many important streets are closed in here. Traffic is chaotic.
My university got flooded, and today’s clbumes were suspended so that the cleaning team could do it’s job. PS: It rained even worse this morning.
My english course’s teacher won’t be able to go the course because her house flooded.
