You could probably just capture his face in a 30 fps .gif without much effort, but like steve said, it’d be way over the limits and if you decided to be a male reproductive organ and use it anyway I’d be forced to call you a bastard and none of us want that.

Contests also often have deadlines, and award the winner based on those deadlines. The closest I can see to a deadline in yours is what I quoted above, which is why I quoted it.
Otherwise this is pretty much an open-ended contest which you may never have to pay out on, right? There are precedents both for and against those… |

To be completely fair, I think “Mini-contest” in this context might mean “Contest I can not be bothered to think through in advance, nor to graciously reward the obvious winner”. Which clashes with what I thought “mini” was supposed to mean, but oh well. |
