was is running for governor, but on what platform?
We all want change, but does change come from looking to the past? To what was?
was promises a new era, yet has only brought up old ideas long forgotten and spread his name across them. There is no change to be brought about by was and his campaign is nothing but smoke and mirrors!
We need a leader who has been in a seat of power as well as among the people. A leader who works for change in the community and has been sniged at all turns. We need a hammer to build the foundations of a new tomorrow, not long dead words and propaganda!

I made a mistake in the above post. I could edit it out. Do, as those in power now like to hide their mistakes. Deletions and closures. But no. I would rather acknowledge these mistakes. Say, “I made a mistake. Here it is. Lets learn how to correct this and move on for a more productive future.” Unlike some I look to the past to build a foundation for the future. It is only when we bring together those with experience, with those with new ideas that we are going to be able to succeed. |

Truly this is why he would benefit us greatly, as he had been in power yet stepped down to live as we. He had tasted power yet let it go and in doing so enacted a great change in himself.
This change is what can be brought to all of us, the combination of the old MCB with the new to lead us all to change ourselves and enter a shining new era of hope! |
