I hope you tipped well for your free food. Your server had to work just as hard to give that food away as when you have to pay for it. Likely they had to work even harder since free = unwashed hordes lining up around the block.
That being said, you couldn’t pay me to eat a free meal from Denny’s. Ok, you could, but it would be cheaper to just eat somewhere else. |

The lines are probably enormous. The last time this promotion was held they extended out into the onramp near where the Denny’s was located, so there had to be police action. :| |

I always tip well unless who ever is the waitress just sucks normaly when Im at Dennys its late at night because its the only place in the crappy town that I live in that is 24hrs and you can smoke at me and my friends were going to Dennys around 3 times aweek mostly because they started giving us free drinks and we would swich off weeks on who would tip so she was gettng around $15-20bucks aweek from one of us even if we only ended up going 1night but for the most part I tip atleast like $5 on a $15-$20 order |
