And I’ve got black friends who don’t like ‘Ghetto Culture’. My brother-in-law doesn’t care for the culture much at all, even when he was growing up around it.

It’s no different than a white person that doesn’t like ‘Redneck/Trailer Trash Culture’. There’s a lot of different ‘sub-cultures’ within each racial culture. No one has to like a particular sub-culture in order to ‘not be racist’.
