You guys have to figure all this out by yourself? Can’t you just ask the game designer? |

Well, it’s not like you actually need the information to play the game casually. You don’t even really need it to play in a serious way. Some players simply like to know exactly what can happen if different variables are adjusted. It’s called spading the game information, and some think it’s one of the most interesting things to do in a game.
I thought this thread had been deleted long ago due to spam, it’s awesome that you found it. |

nono that’s not what I’m complaining about. It’s the fact that there is no certainty, here and everywhere else, on how the details of the game works. It’s seems that the players have to test the game out themselves, just like the kids at Gamefaqs. I mean, the developer can clear some of these up can’t they? Who made the game anyway? |

evil trout but he’s as tight-lipped about the game mechanics as (insert sexual metaphor here) |

Like I said, for some gamers the spading *is* their favorite part of gaming. Asking the designers for the information doesn’t give a player the element of discovery.
Crotch Zombie made the game. There is a link to their main site, blog and other things at the bottom of every page. |

Aren’t you people a little smart for camwhores? Shouldn’t you be like, showing us your mammary glands, and leaving the extensive algortihms to us hackers? You are totally breaking the roles!
Hackers figure things out and screw up people’s comps, Trolls **** everybody off with their annoyance, Emo kids annoy and depress us with their miserable lives, And Camwhores serve to give us pleasure.
So stay in line, sister! |

GD is a NON-RP forum. That means that they don’t need to act the part, and that trolling isn’t allowed.
Also, mega-necropost FTW |

So for those of you number-crunching, what is the best build?
Originally I was going for higher Defense at the expense of Offense since Defense has a chance of making the counterattack miss entirely, but it seems like that a good combination of Defense and Offense are necessary for a good, strong character in my initial testing.
And how does Max HP fit into all this?
Granted that your clbum will vastly affect your need for HP. Camwhores can heal, for example, so huge HP values aren’t nearly as useful as to the rest of us. But some understanding of good balance of Offense and Defense would be great. Is just keeping the two as even as possible really the best bet? |

This question has been asked and answered before, inasmuch as there’s no stat answer. It all depends on your goal. There are different “best” builds for speedruns, buying/selling, grinding most .moar files, grinding Pink Floyd, etc. So there’s no real answer to your question.

wouldn’t ‘DamageTaken = Round(BaseDamage * (1 – Defense/100))’ make you invincible at 100 def and wouldn’t a 1.5% miss chance per level off def make you unhittable at 64 def, or is it multiplicative instead of additive? |

Well did you figure if there are Caps? I heard selling caps at 10 Frugality and buying at 51.
But whats more interesting to me, does the daily delivery cap at some point? I increased my Luck/Charisma and Cred gain by a real load and i never got above 170k for 4 pwned Forums. So i guess there has to be a cap somewhere |
