Another Edit: May as well make the most of this.
It is in part thanks to you that you have brought laughs fun and maybe to some pointless yet somewhat significant purpose to people to many people across a community spanning into the hundreds of thousands. Well at least several hundred once you discount the alts; legal, illegal and Ricket alike. Anyway…across the world, people tell your stories, something that few people can hold themselves accountable for. No matter where you go from here, you can always know and remember that. the funniest part is its not like hes even leaving forever, hes just going to be on less. Would you ever consider selling the game to a third party?
What if said third party agreed to an employment scheme that kept you on as a part-time or contracted programmer for it? |

Indeed, this is a day whose sadness can only be described as “p.”
I saw this coming for a while, and even encouraged it. After all, it’s always been my dream to “crowdsource” Forumwarz’s development to a crack team of conjoined Bangladeshi octuplets. But it’s about time ET earned enough money for Xbox games for both him and his girlfriend (who is, ironically, an Xbox character herself).
I don’t think this is the last you’ll see of Mr. Trout. Hopefully, after some time, he’ll get bored working for “The Man” and wearing “pants” and turn his attentions back to this fickle mistress. We still have some big plans and we won’t just forget about them.
In the meantime, I’ll do my best to engage the community with new contests, campaigns and other Peen-grabs.

So far nobody has asked for a tour. I just say it’s an Internet game with a low-brow sense of humor. At that point I usually get a blank stare so I say if you’re comfortable with the level of humor in a South Park episode, you’ll be okay and then they smile.
I’ve been lucky and have scheduled a stupid amount of interviews and already have one formal offer, so it looks like landing a job will be no problem. |
