after a… weird and hard to understand conversation with SuperGenus2 i started wondering how it works.

i understand that junk gets better/worse over time, but how does it works exactly? does the junk need to be in my inventory or in the delivery tab? and is it worth it to leave it there? and how long does it take to get a noticeable chance?
