BidSquid scammed my 750k

So I won an auction back on January 22. Problem is, I didn’t get the item I bid on (a useless program that went for 750k). No tubmail from BidSquid when I checked, altho I did receive the 250k difference (I originally bid 1m flezz for it).
Double- and triple-checking my inventory, my Spendfriend log, and my tubmails don’t do anything but make me feel like I’ve been ripped off by that verbally-challenged squid. Is this a bug? Anyone ever experienced this before as well?

Have you checked your Auctions folder in your Tubmail bookmark?
