It’s a change that was made a few months back. Once an entry wins once, you can’t win with that exact same entry again. It’s supposed to prevent people from winning over and over again with the same entries. |

I don’t think there was a sticky post added, but I think people were discussing/complaining about it when it went into effect. I guess you could say it’s covered under INCIT rule #4: Do not plagiarize or copy previously submitted entries, including your own. Plagiarism indicates willing knowledge, at least as far as I understand it. Sorry I didn’t memorize all 144 THOUSAND entries, but applies a well-known local meme to an image I had never seen before. |
