Actually, my family’s not too poor, DSL doesn’t serve in our area, and we already tried Comcast. Due to the fact that comcast costed about 3 times more than the curret dial-up, and didn’t connect well about 60% of the time, we figured we’d rather spend our money on better things.

I have a cable internet, but I can sympathize, I had to use dailup in the past. I don’t know if it will change anything, but perhaps trying a different time of day. The game even lags for me at certain times of the day. ...I wake up around noon so I don’t play it right after I get new forum visits.

The tougher forums have a wider margin for success when it comes to record times, you should be able to get lemon scoops there. Do those instead of Denture chat and the other low-level ones.
