Fond greetings, dear gentlemen! In my customary post-prandial mental wanderings, it occurred to me that The Club would be an excellent place to conduct a discussion on that most gentlemanly of accessories and accoutrements – the pipe. Have you ever partaken of this? What are your preferred instrument and leaf?
The attached photograph displays the style of pipe I plan to purchase in the very near future.
If there is already a thread in progress on the self-same topic, I apologise and would like to ask for directions to it.

I own a Stanwell very similar to this Strauss model, but not with the smooth finish.
