Okay I just finished Episode 3 for the first time with 100% of the quests finished. There are some minor quest related things missing like cinematics, but it’s lookin’ good.

Obviously I don’t limit myself to 4 visits a day in testing.

Also, I’ve outlined how much larger it is already. It should take longer to beat than E2. I don’t have exact figures yet because nobody else has played through it, and when I play through it as I build it takes a lot longer.

So at this rate, which should be looking at testing starting Sunday morning.

But, I’d rather you took it easy, ET, and recover well. I’ve coded before when I was sick and it was a nightmare when I was healthy and realized what I had done. Plus, there’s the whole “rest and liquids” thing.

Just take care of yourself. We’ll wait.

Price will be announced along with release date when the beta itself starts. Don’t worry, it will be all over the site.

Beta opportunities were really over the summer but it doesn’t hurt to try, you may get lucky. But there is nothing about a contest. No golden tickets either Log in to see images!

At least yet, I know for EP2 you could get a free copy if you were going to review the game.

I think I’ve answered this before, but I haven’t picked the testers yet. It really depends on how small my “good” pool is once I bumemble a list of apprentices and excellent testers in the past. If we have a ****load, you’re out of luck. If we don’t, I’ll certainly look to people who volunteered in the past and missed out. But yeah, it all depends on how long that list ends up being.

And thanks for the well wishes from others. I’m working slowly, but not forcing myself to finish things up. Just kind of going at my own pace Log in to see images! Not gonna jinx/rush it at this point.

I really hope you’re feeling better, ET, and that no decisions are made while you’re under the influence of illness/medicine.

Honestly, though, I’m just posting to keep my name (swine) fresh in your head. This should subtly improve my chances of getting picked. Log in to see images!

ET: Itembuildr is still hijacked for Ep3. Doesn’t that need to be turned off really really soon, or do you plan on continuing to insert items into the game while testing’s going on?
