Well, I gave KotOR a try and so far I’m loving it. I’ve only made it past the “tutorial level”(Or whatever the first ship is) playing goody goody and I’m loving everything about it. The combat system is nice and simple, as well as the pause system so minimal micro is needed(I really suck at it!) and the feat system is nice to. I think this might occupy me for awhile.

If your comp is decent, give Borderlands a crack. It’s basically Diablo 2 as an FPS, which works WAY better than it sounds. Like D2 though, it’s way more fun if you have buddies to play online with though.

Oh, and Dragon Age: Origins is p. awesome IMO

Yeah, I want to give Borderlands and Dragon Lands a try, but my CPU falls short by like .2 GHz of the minimum.

Also, feel free to mention any english RPGS as well for some of the easier to run emulators, as I said I have access to a pretty big rom site.

I’ve played through all the Mother games, so don’t suggest those.(though i may give em another run through)

It’s your video card that is keeping you from playing games, not your processor dude. I just replaced my computer in the Spring and it was 2ghz and I ran NWN2 and Oblivion and Witcher on it, as well as FPS’s like Fear.

It’s ok, Torchlight is nothing but a copy of FATE anyway so if I get the urge to play some thing like that, I’ll just go play FATE.

Go play Morrowind and Vampire Bloodlines. Find the no cliffracer mod for Morrowind.

No one else said Vampire but you gotta trust me on this.

I never played FATE but I’ve heard it’s basically FATE 2. If you’ve already played FATE I’d try something else.

I don’t really mod my games much Chao-win, but cliffracers are annoying as ****.
