You must live in California because (correct me if I’m wrong) it is the only state in witch the legal age of consent is 18, most states it’s 16 or 17. Most European countries the age of consent is 14-17 (you don’t strike me as someone from Malta). In fact the only region of the world where the age of consent is 18-21 in most places is Africa.

So it sounds like your good to go girl.

age of consent only applies to sex. it does not apply to nude photography or to legally binding contracts. so you can **** someone who’s under 18, but above your state’s age of consent, you can’t take naked pictures of them and post them on the internet, or have them sign a lease with you. it’s a sad state of affairs, but it’s true.
