This is actually more entertaining to watch than it is in a still picture, and it works better in other versions of the same game, but the basic idea is that it never stops moving, if you set it up right you can leave it on for hours and the fire and plant will still be fighting each other. I poured water on that weird bouncy thing until it grew to monstrous size, eating everything in its path. This is a metaphor for how futile it is to try to create anything lasting in the face of forces for entropy and destruction. Then I found that the only way to hold back the giant blob was to set off the ??? explosion. Symbolic of the fact that sometimes, a destructive force can only be held in check by a still greater destructive force. (Actually I just did those things to see what would happen, then came up with some artsy sounding bull**** to put under it. It also looks kinda neat.) |
