have user put pictures into flickr with the appropriate licenses (I’ll look it up if someone really really wants to – I think it’s CC pics that the import tool looks for), put a tag on it that we can use to search, tell one of the mods what the tag is and that they want us to import it. |

I think this is also a good idea. For one thing, its a good opportunity for new pictures, as well as putting a few names to faces. That said, those that are privvy to identity would probably just make the captions jokes relating to the user. |
