Any troll with top of the line equipment can overrun every other clbum. If there is a peen, it needs to be divided by clbum as the maximum number of fans each clbum can earn is radically different.

It is mathematically impossible to overcome what trolls can do if they choose. They are either not choosing to dedicate themselves to it, not bothering to do the math, or are aware of the mbumive gap between the clbumes and know they can catch up and surpbum by a mile whenever they choose.
