I don’t see what’s so vile about it. I had sex with girls close to that age – I was either the same age as them or actually younger at the time, but still. I had sex with an 18 year old girl when I was younger than her. Technically I could not give consent and she was an adult. Is she vile?

Hmm. MAYBE I overreacted, but honestly, I have no sympathy for the man. He was – what, 50? That’s a significant age difference, whereas in your case, the ages were much closer, so technically illegal but much less objectionable morally.
Still, this is all just opinion on the internet. As the law stands, I don’t think he’s going anywhere soon. |
