Will our characters need to be L35 to begin playing Ep3 effectively? (Meaning, will those people who play through for the first time ever need to grind from the end of Ep2 until they’re at a high enough level to take on Ep3)?

How high is the level cap?
Is there a preorder peen this time?
Will this be lord of the rings meets final fantasy?
Even though this is the last episode. Do you feel that there may be some special missions in future (a la falcon****er)?
