It would help keep administrative decision making off the main klan forum. Admittedly, this is not democratic, but klans are oligarchical by nature.

I guess I don’t see why you’d want a klan with people in it you don’t like/trust enough to tell everything to? For me klans are more a way to play the game with my buddies.

Different play styles, I guess :/

It’s not a matter of trust, it’s a matter of trying to have a 5 party conversation in a room with 300 people, in which you are all seated along the wall. I’m all for being forthright with your clan mates, but some issues need not to be shouting matches in front of everyone. Officers don’t always agree (shock), but we can always compromise.

Sounds like a way to keep at the top of the biggest klan list while avoiding all of the negatives bumociated with having the low admission standards necessary to achieve that status.
