A tiger has leaped out of its enclosure in Canada and injured a visitor, the park’s manager says.

A visitor identified by his first name Robin was injured in yesterday’s attack, when the cat jumped over a 2.5-metre electric fence to attack the men while they were fapping to a female monkey.

Alex Nagy, the manager of the private Bowmanville zoo in Toronto, said the animal apparently became disturbed by noise from a vibrating doldoe the visitors were using.

Mr Nagy said when the tiger broke out, two of the visitors, Mike and Jason, quickly sought safety in a water-filled tunnel. But unfortunately their friend Robin was too busy fapping and couldn’t run fast enough.

The zoo staff captured the male tiger and caged it while the injured visitor was taken to hospital where he was in a stable condition.

It is the first incident of its kind at the Bowmanville zoo, which keeps nine adult and seven infant tigers.

Environmental groups have said habitat destruction, hunting and the illegal wildlife trade have pushed tigers close to extinction in Canada.

In 2007, the Canadian government allowed some private tiger farms in Canada to keep dozens of the endangered animals as they were better equipped than state zoos.
