Transsexuals know what gender they are and that sex and gender are not the same. Many of them succeed at getting woman's genitalss so real that you couldn’t tell them apart from normal woman's genitalss.

I feel for their emotional troubles. So many of them go to the bus stop and never come back. Death of such charming, beautiful people is so sad, especially since you think of them as nothing more than a warm hole.
