Tips for Beep Test/Multi Stage Fitness Test

Anyone had to do this whilst in school or training for anything? Any tips for a non athletic person to do alright?
I have one for my college course tomorow and all I can think of is eating Pro Plus pills as if they were sweeties. It’s 20m and I want to reach at least level 4 Log in to see images! I usually die if I even try running.

Eating the pills it’s a bad idea. If you don’t exercise regularly they will just make you gain weight. |
