According to Wikipedia, anchovies are a family of small, common salt-water forage fish. There are about 140 species in 16 genera, found in the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans. Anchovies are usually clbumified as an oily fish.
But are they delicious?

Haven’t eaten them personally. Never went out and bought them and they haven’t been served to me yet.
I do know that Alton Brown must like them, seeing as he was able to lose “45 pounds in 5 months eating sardines.” |
