I’m pretty sure you have to pwn 23 and then wait for the next week’s forum to go live at which point you can pwn it for 24.
Either that or 24 is a mythic e-peen that doesn’t really exist since there seem to only be 23 live forums at any given time. |

does it work to wait till the following week to do the new forumbuildr threads? It seems like they’d need to set the e-peen up to way more than 24 in that case. |
