Now that community bans exist, will people like iRAWR have their bans downgraded?

Aside from the illegal alt stampede that he created after his account got banned, I know (lol because I’ve talked to him) that iRAWR is interested in playing the game to finish storyline and whatnot. I know illegal alts is a permathang with no questions asked, but now that we could allow him to play storyline and still keep from from spamming game discussion with fine upstanding member of society threads, will perma’d players like iRAWR be able to appeal for community bans? |
