Anal cancer in women is more related to poor bowel movements (read constipation) than HPV, which is more related to anal cancer in men. Also the vaccine covers for the more common types of HPV that have been related to cervical cancer, not anal.
Anyway, yes, get the vaccine.

(Yeah, it’s more cervical cancer related, but still. HPV and anal cancer have been linked and the vaccine does protect against HPV-16 which a lot of women with anal cancer have. Correlation/causation/coincidence arguments aside, it’s still a good idea to get vaccinated.)
