Is tutorial supposed to cost a visit now?

When I did the tutorial on my other 6 characters, I didn’t lose a visit. I had 12 visits. Then I did the tutorial mission. Then I entered Denture Chat and it told me I had 10 left. wtf? |

I think the tutorial takes one visit. The notice that you received when you visited Denture Chat indicated how many visits left you would have if you were to start pwning the forum. |
