Father Oskar steps to the other side of the doorway, his wood-carved cudgel in hand. He nods to Obsidian, trying to listen for anything on the other side.

“Saint Cuthbert, watch over us;

guide and protect us.”

Father Oskar mutters a small blessing, hoping whatever is on the other side isn’t too big.

You head some screaming noises from the other side of the door. They seem to be of a little girl screaming.

Obsidian scowls, glances over at Father Oskar, and shoulder charges the door, attempting to burst it open.

Obsidian Blacksteel charges the door and busts her open. You see a corridor that ends in a room. In the middle of that room you see one of the boys who took Sophocles wallet, his face is bruised and he is crying.

Father Oskar Silverbrand steps in front of [b] Sophocles holding his hands up in a frantic manner, waving his cudgel around.

Oi, laddie, hold it right there! Ya dun’t just go abouts like that!

Father Silverbrand turns to the young crying boy, and kneels down, looking him over.

What happened ere, lad? Why you’s crying and where’s his wallet?

Father Oskar asks, jerking a thumb to the shadowkin the boy robbed a minute ago.

The boy, looks at you and he says he was here hidding for you, but when they got inside of this stucture something else was here, something mean and nasty that atacked all of them and left him here unconcious. He has no clue were the others are.

Father Oskar turns back to the group behind him, shrugging his shoulders. He turns back to the boy, and asks So where is it now, laddie?

I don’t know – he replys – He left me here unconcious and now my friends are gone. <snif snif>

”Show me where dis thing come from, boy. Und den, ye kin run on home and turn yerself in for da stealin’”

Xeph turns the doorknob of the center door of the main room to see if it is locked or not
