Box Monster: My Weekend Game Project

After a stressful week at Forumwarz I decided to spend the weekend coding something completely different to clear my head. I decided to experiment with a standalone 2-D game using Ruby.

I have this awful habit of starting projects and never finishing them. With Forumwarz taking up so much time I can’t imagine I can devote any serious time to it. But who knows after Episode 3?
It took about 12 hours to throw together, including art. Which is actually really short in my opinion and almost completely due to the awesome Gosu and Chipmunk libraries. |
