You put in your phone #, and it calls you with a number nearly the same as yours (1 number may be off, numbers switched around, etc) and asks if you wish to ask him a question or recieve your fortune.
I just did this, he called me. His voice was raspy, and somewhat hard to understand. I chose fortune, and he said:
...you will be going down the path of… you shall find an oak tree, and become one with…
