Yeah, I saw that too. Doesn’t really answer what happens from a streak perspective in the meantime.

I think it may be time to consider suspending forumbuilder for a while rather than deleting weak forums and replacing them with equally weak forums. When was the last top notch forum created?

Suspending Forumbuildr would nuke chocolate scoops which some people kinda like having around, but I like meeeeeeeeee’s idea of revisiting old Forums and updating them, possibly adding in some new options to the style and what not. Even if jsut every so often, Buildr would not put out a new Forum but instead for every submission you would say for which Forum you made it for and we could add in some new responses, enemies and possibly submit stuff to delete.

yeah, there should be a ForumRebuildr, or ForumUpd@tr, or something like that, where ****ty posts, enemies and anwers are tossed into the bin and others are made to replace them.

We could als have something like “only 2 forums with the same difficulty level may get onto your streak, i.e. there’re 3 level 3 forums, you pwn all of them, but only 2 are added to your streak.

So basically, they had nothing planned (could have given a reduced amount of scoops for instance)

Well, now you can choose to leave 4 forums off of the list of Forums to pwn and stick to the faster ones for more lemon, the ones with better files or just the more interesting ones.

That’s actually a pretty good point. Being able to tailor your streak run could open up a slight point in strategy.

This has always been the case. It’s just that the people in the top bracket are usually the ones talking, and they’re stuck in a bracket where everyone’s doing the same thing.

you’re right, strategy is different for lower brackets, I’ve definitely noticed that on my alts. Honestly I kinda like what high powered destruction has done anywhere but the top bracket. In lower brackets it means a single player can make the bracket interesting if they decide to bomb it, which wasn’t really the case with weaker bumholes.

However, there are some opinions here people who have alts in several bracket levels (meeeeeeeeeeeeee, Malaise) and I think their opinions hold the most weight, since they compete across the spectrum.

Doesn’t change the fact that 104 came (or in the case of most clbumes, is coming) and has absolutely no benefit attached to reaching it. Were I one of the people who reached that milestone, I would be very frustrated that absolutely nothing happened by reaching it.

I’ve currently got one of my alts in a p. high bracket and the way I play with that is completely different to the way I play with this character. Top brackets just end up being ‘stasch streaks and klan card play, whilst lower brackets just involve everything, solo raids, lemon scoops, even INCIT wins.

Conclusion: play low brackets as much as possible.
