It would be very easy to snipe the victory at the last minute. Unless someone’s stupid enough to outbid him and thus enable him to secure the victory with full power.

Did you see the auctions he had going that closed yesterday? That could throws your calculations off, significantly.

I’m bumuming that you bid just under 80 Million to confirm his bid?

Also, this is way more intense and competitive than I expected.

Well yes. Headsets aren’t up for the community, and never have been. They’re up for the character with the most flezz, or whoever below that they’re willing to give it to, in descending order down the list. So maybe three, maybe four people ever have a chance at them.

Well it’s not like the flezz is permanently gone, you still get a item people will pay 80 mil flezz for. if some bp things go up there is no way they could turn that back into flezz

The flezz is gone from the economy, though. It has gone to someone who will not spend it. The purchasing party may recoup their investment – or even more – but the economy as a whole is temporary 80mil lighter and one item richer. Likewise, unless the benefits of the item allow the user to grind noticeably more flezz out of forums, no new money is being put into the economy as a result.

It’s not about the individual player’s bottom line, it’s about the amount of flezz circulating, which has been reduced.

It’s not going to affect anything; the Christmas raffle removed 702 million, if I recall.

It would be interesting to see Trout track the total amount of flezz in the economy, week by week. I wonder how many millions worth of flezz are created every week.

Oh and regarding repairs, SG94’s headset is at 91% condition with a repair cost of 2,006 while running mostly high level forums without a single point put into upkeep for months. It’s borderline unbreakable.
