Um, I wouldn’t ban anyone. Wylin is the most srs and rule abiding guy I know and would never say ‘Hehehe child pornography’. Now then the mods made the right call in remove the image. I think the safest thing to do is never post anything were you can make out a child’s genitalia, or anything obviously sexualized.

Look at the poster and see what his intent was, Wylin is guilty of posting a picture with some sad aspect of sexuality, but he is not guilty of doing so on purpose. He should not be banned.

i have pictures of my son taking a bath, and you can see his “weenor” and i dont think they are sexualized, just like the picture whylin posted, but law experts can have a difrent judgement

The kid in my pic was covered up, and your picture wouldn’t be child porn either. If I posted a picture of nirvana’s nevermind cd cover (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevermind)with the little baby in the water with his “weenor” dangling, am I posting child porn? How did they get away with selling it? That’s right, it’s not sexualized and therefore isn’t child porn.

Infact, the threads about an underage forumwarz player’s panties is more cp than the pic I posted.

Not every picture of a kid is porn. (I still wouldn’t post naked pics of kids to try and push the limits though) but that cd cover is an excellent example.

We don’t know that, what constitutes as CP in Canada so the best thing to do is remove it. The thing we do know is that you had no intent to disrupt, or troll, or cause legal action against CZ so in my opinion you should not be banned.

First I don’t think it id porn, I think its a bad album. That was the, poorly executed, joke. The ‘funny’ picture is in the Grey area they say, so they removed it which is the right action. You were banned for male reproductive organing around with the new rule, intentionally provoking something backed up by law. Wylin was trying to be funny, and had no idea nor intention that he could enrage peoples neglected drama glands. Thats why he was not banned.

Im just talking bans, not what makes child pornography. I do want to point out that we do have underage girls posting their bodies a lot which seems to be over looked.. a lot.

Thanks, for some reason pics from there haven’t been consistently showing up when I post them, so I need to find a new site that is similar. I liked how that one had funny stuff, crazy videos, hot chicks, and web games.

Dont forget this game is for all ages and in the storyline the player gets to do cyber sex (and that is a type of sexual activity weather you like it or not), so if the player is less than 18 this is also considered child porn according to your canadian laws

I didn’t get banned even though for some reason I think Fail was pushing for it. I also don’t think you should have been banned, and they should take it back Log in to see images!

I know my next ban will probably be a permma ban and honestly i dont care, I dont find the game amusing and the forums are getting worse and worse, so if my ban makes this a better place for “future generations” great, if not, i can’t say i didnt tried.

Staying here and fighting for it to get better while staying well within the rules will probably have a better result in the end. If you get yourself permabanned you’ll just be another falconfour.

If i ever get banned and dont intend to come back like he did. all the times I got banned (and some times it was 1month ban) I didnt made any illigal nor watch flamebate. I honestly dont give a ****, and I will be pushing it since its the only fun think left to do here (by pushing the limits I will always inteend to stay on the rulles)
