Charmander, Cyndaquil (the least sucky starter in g/s/c), the first time through R/S/E I picked Torchic (but I ended up picking all three because of how many times I played through that generation D: ), and in D/P/P, I always pick Piplup.

I picked Bulbasaur in the original, but the best starter ever was Piplup. He grows up to be a STEEL PENGUIN NAMED AFTER A MEGALOMANIACAL FRENCHMAN! How cool is that? |
