since i have no recording tool, there’s no way that i know of to insert my name into the video (if there is, let me know)

i’ll try and see if the people with the actual video file can insert my name somehow and re-upload.

Alternatively you can provide a sign pic of yourself. Just as long as I can tell you’re the same person it’s cool.

a sign pic? that would work if

1. the cameraman(woman/lady/person) was closer to me

2. i had a way to record the video once again

a friend of mine said she would edit the video to add a frame at the end saying ‘done by generichaxor’. Would that suffice?

I think what duca meant is that if you provided a separate, still image of you holding a sign with your screenname, then so long as she could tell that the person in your ‘sign-pic’ and the person in the video are the same person, then she’d accept the video.

most new laptops come with a built in webcam.

failing that, you can find a cheap webcam for $10-20 dollars and they’re usually great to have for numerous reasons down the road.

or borrow a friend’s digital camera.

cool. i don’t have a laptop (all laptops that i have access to lack webcams)
now just need to find a way to get out of parental surveillance to get to a store and get $10 to $20 dollars.
