Having a decent special item in itembuildr isn’t, in and of itself, a bad idea. But at only 550,000 ? That seems really low, add a 1 in front of that. |

EVECHARM Posted: +15 offense is the equivalent of 45 upgrade points spend elsewhere. Put, maybe, 20 into upkeep and that still leaves a balance of 25 extra points to put into offense, luck or whatever. The defense is also going to reduce upkeep because threads will hit you less often. |
