There aren’t clearly defined rules ANYWHERE and people still get banned for things. There is that whole MOD makes a judgment call thing. And by admitting to it you’re not helping your cause. Clearly your intent was to disrupt IDC.

Raepdog will make a graph in Excel soon showing the relationship between funny, unfunny, time, and frequency. When you keep doing something a while it gets unfunny, the average quality of IDC, if you keep getting longer it becomes angering and costly, and should be banned.

I just want to point out that Xylon acts like king of the trolls, like hes tough and badbum, until the slightest hint that the mods could smack him comes around. A lot of the so-called trolls on this site do that. Just saying.

Personally, I like the idea of people being able to post what they wish in idc, but obviously walls of block text moving too fast to even read is the very definition of trolling spam.

It isn’t my taste from a creativity stand point, but whatever.

I would absolutely prefer to have the ability to block a certain user (allowing me to unblock them as well), than have hard rules disallowing it. As several players have mentioned h0g spams from time to time, it is often the most interesting thing that happens in idc.

A block feature would of course derail the trolls, so I don’t know if that is necessarily the best solution either. idc is just pretty impossible to monitor, and hard rules are going to radically expand selective modding. Log in to see images!
