First off, as was noted in your last appalling contest – yes, you need to quote for toxx. This is not a magic “I can then do whatever I want” thing. It is there to ensure that what is originally offered is upheld. You may increase prizes, you may not decrease prizes.

Saying that it doesn’t violate it because it is the same prize total does not make it so.

Since you’re being so technical and picky about this, next time I find a loophole in the rules I should be allowed to exploit it, yes?
