Welcome to the first round of voting for GGM’s Forumwarz Idol contest! The submission period has ended yesterday and now it’s up to you to pick 10 participants for round two.
Log in to see images! Anyone and everyone is allowed to vote in this thread. You can vote for who you like by writing their names in your post, and you are allowed to vote for up to 7 different people! Votes will be tallied when the voting window ends in a few days. Also, you can still vote for the song you want our top ten contestants to sing HERE!

I vote Robok because he has an awesome voice and his guitarplaying is godlike.
Also:
-Baroness Von Squeezenstein because it was really cute.
-Hobart Bliggity because he has a sexy voice.
-Switty because his falsetto rules.
-Clarity because she is really pro and I envy her.

I liked Baroness’ entry and I thought Morcheeba has pretty solid vocals (hated the song though). Miss Prince left me a little undecided because I wonder how much the professional recording helps, but I guess you can’t have good omelette without good eggs. Voting for those three! |

Man I feel bad about this whole “professional recording” thing :/ It’s not even totally professional, which is why I didn’t think too much of it…
I could go to the practice rooms tomorrow and sing Think a cappella into my laptop to prove it’s me, I guess. Would that be acceptable? |

It probably does for a few reasons — taking the edge off what the microphone picks up with a little reverb, volume control to keep me from blowing out the mic, giving a groove to get you into the song… But there wasn’t any pitch correction or anything like that. I may just do a snippet for comparison if anyone cares. |
